I received my item but I no longer need it. It’s still in its original packaging it’s never been opened and would like a refund but no one has yet to reply back to me yet. I have sent several emails no one has replied. And it has a refund policy !!
It was a lifesaver beacaue I had a big order in progress and my printer couldn't recognize the black ink cartridge.
That only thing I didn’t like and the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the sublimation conversion kit does not come with instructions on our to fill the cartridges or how to change printer settings. But other than that, it’s all good!
Always a great brand and l love that its economical and comes in the smaller size if you're short on funds but need it fast.
I know it's not always the fault of the supplier but when I ordered item on 5/6 the website stated it would be delivered by 5/9. It is now 5/13 and I still do not have the item. Don't order if you are in a hurry for your shipment.

Unfortunately, I would not buy this cup. It was gifted to my granddaughter who is five, unfortunately, if it tips over the liquid inside gush out of its air hole. I am struggling to find another cap that will fit it.
Unfortunately I have seen a lot of people having issues with their ET 8550 using the ink for eco solvent and my red is coming out as a pink like I saw other peoples were as well so not sure what is going on because I used the eco rush inks
